Return Policy

At Katydid, we make it easy to find the product that you absolutely love while shopping. We’ve done our best to only include products that we know our customers will love. When we’re designing these options, we pay special attention to the quality and the overall design. On each of our product pages, we identify information about the product and include pictures so you can have a truly accurate idea of how the products stand out.

We are constantly working to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with your experience at Katydid. For that reason, we offer a generous 15-day return policy, beginning the day you receive the item.

Submit a return request

Email info@katydid.com with a photo of your product and reason for return to request a return on the respective order. Provide your order #.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Our team will be responsible for the cost of the return label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund for the product. You will not be refunded for the original shipping costs.

Damages

If you receive your items and find they are defective or damaged, you can contact us and we’ll take care of the return process. You must notify us within three days of getting your order that there is something wrong with the item. If possible, please leave the tags on!

Returns

There may be some other instances where we can accept returns. These are due to the size of the items and other factors. If you are not satisfied with your order, it’s best to contact us first and we can help you with an exchange or a replacement. This is time-sensitive, though, so make sure you do it before your 15 days are up!
